Check-in and Check-out Procedures
- Check-in is after 4pm. Check-out is by 10am.
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.

- The driveway is gravel and flat and there are only four steps to enter the main level.
Policies and Rules
- This property is not pet friendly. No pets are allowed.
- No smoking allowed inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy (8 guests) allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable. Please observe a quiet hour of 10PM as there are full-time residents nearby.
- Minimum age: 25 years.
- Children allowed.
- No events allowed.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- Live burns are not allowed. This home does not have a wood-burning device.
Fees and Payments
- CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled within 24 hours of their creation will receive a full refund of payments. Bookings canceled more than 24 hours after their creation are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

- Free parking is available. The driveway is gravel and flat and there are only four steps to enter the main level.
Utilities and Amenities Access
- The kitchen is well-stocked with utensils and cooking basics. A starter set of paper products is provided: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
- Towels and linens are provided. Hair dryers are not provided.
- Laundry facilities (washing machine and dryer) are available.
- High-speed internet is available.
- Climate control (heating/cooling) is available.
- Dishwasher, oven, stove, toaster, and ironing board & iron are provided.
- Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector are provided.
- TV is available.
- Community amenities include a seasonal pool and spa, playground, and access to catch and release fishing from the dock or canoeing. Hiking trails cover the community.
Safety and Emergency Information
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains are recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during these months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
